CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Deposit Requirement All appointments must be secured with a deposit at the time of booking. The required deposit amount will be disclosed at booking and may be a flat amount or a percentage of the estimated service cost. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy To respect my schedules and other clients, we require advance notice for cancellations and rescheduling. Standard Appointments: Cancellations or reschedules made more than 48 hours prior to the appointment may be eligible to receive deposit credit toward a future appointment. Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit unless otherwise agreed. 3. No shows will be subject to an additional no show fee up to 75% of their appointment total. (Any appointments 20 minutes late with no communication/ text will automatically be considered a no show)
